IBA Basketball is an AAU and USA Basketball Youth certified organization. We are also an jrNBA member organization. IBA truly believes in the process of developing not only better basketball players but men of character. Developing leaders of tomorrow through lessons learned on the hardwood. We take a very process driven approach to basketball development. A process that focuses on improvement and maximizing their potential.

At this academy, we use the demands and stress of elite basketball to most importantly help you become strong, resilient people of great character. We care about your basketball but we care more about who you are becoming because of basketball. Our most important imperative at this academy is winning with character. Every day represents another opportunity to grow in self-control, respect for others, persistence, positivity and trustworthiness. No matter how far you go as a player, if you use basketball to strengthen character, basketball will always be a priceless gift.
